With over 32 years of leadership experience across telecom infrastructure and manufacturing, I launched Vihaan Initiatives to

partner with MSMEs and emerging businesses in their growth journey.My career has spanned start-up ventures, global corporates, and large-scale operations, including P&L ownership, transformation programs, and ground-up team building.

Key Leadership Highlights: 

• Spearheaded field commercial services for the Reliance Jio Project, operating from the National HQ in Navi Mumbai.

• Built and led the material accounting function, enabling capital readiness of assets worth over US $18.5 billion on Day 1 of launch.

• Delivered complex business and service delivery transformations at Nokia Siemens Networks (India & Global Services).

• Held P&L responsibility of up to US $260 million, transforming underperforming contracts into high-margin business.

• Negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts and ensured end-to-end delivery: from vendor partnerships to project execution.

• Led plant operations and infrastructure optimization, including innovative redesigns of utility systems.

• Developed customized software tools for motor design and performance analysis in the early phase of my career.
