This began in 1998 when I helped six Siemens colleagues prepare for MBA admissions, including group discussions and interviews. Since then, I’ve provided ongoing support in areas such as:

• Professional growth and leadership readiness.

• Transition coaching for CXO and senior roles.

 

To deepen and formalize my approach, I completed the Certified Executive Coach Program conducted by Symbiosis Coaching, USA, aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework.
