Relevant Experience: 

Nokia Siemens Networks – Establishing a Global Services HQ in India

When Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) announced the creation of its Global Services division, I was part of the core team that took over the transformation program from Boston Consulting Group. Our mandate: to set up NSN’s third Global Services HQ in Noida, alongside Munich and Helsinki.
Responsibilities included:

  • Program-managing the complete transformation.

  • Ensuring IT readiness for the global delivery centre and enterprise systems.

  • Onboarding and enabling 550+ new hires across functions.

The project was delivered ahead of schedule, setting a benchmark in cross-functional transformation.

 

NSN India Services – Cost & Delivery Model Redesign

Led two key transformation projects:

  • Designed an alternative service delivery model for improved efficiency (projected savings of 10% over a cost base of US $1 billion.

  • Drove significant cost reductions (15%) in service delivery for one of NSN’s largest customers.

 

Reliance Jio / Siemens – Digital Enablement for Field Execution

At both Siemens (Corporate Office & Telecom) and Reliance Jio, I consistently championed the use of IT tools and systems (including SAP and custom Excel-based solutions) to improve business workflows.
Key outcomes included:

  • Enabling quicker and data-driven contract negotiations.

  • Developing tools to track and analyse project progress and resource deployment.

  • Ensuring capitalization readiness for Jio’s nationwide launch.

These experiences shaped my capability and confidence to offer practical, business-led digital transformation services.

 

Siemens Ltd., Kalwa Plant – Engineering + Innovation at the Factory Floor

As a young engineer at the Motor Factory:

  • I developed in-house software for motor design and performance analysis, cutting client response time from 10+ days to under a day.

  • Later, I redesigned the cooling system for water-cooled compressors, eliminating downtime due to cooling tower failure and reducing costs by 80%.
