Relevant Experience: 

Siemens Ltd. – Managing Infrastructure Operations at Scale

As a trainee engineer at Siemens, I was responsible for the operation and development of infrastructure utilities across three factories, which included:

• Power supply management (both state grid and captive generation).

• Compressed air and HVAC systems.

• Water supply and material handling.

• Oversight of large operational teams, including during periods of labour unrest.

This hands-on experience shaped my understanding of core plant operations and the importance of building robust systems and infrastructure. It also deepened my appreciation of workforce dynamics and crisis management - lessons that proved invaluable in future leadership roles.

 

Reliance Jio / HFCL – Commercial Operations on a National Scale

At Reliance Jio, I led Field Commercial Operations across the entire network rollout lifecycle from project initiation to contract closure. This involved:

• Setting up and managing the commercial backend of a nationwide telecom infrastructure.

• Developing systems and processes to handle procurement, payments, warehousing, and vendor engagement.

• Coordinating across multiple states and telecom circles, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability throughout.

This role was a practical application of operational discipline at scale, combining field execution with backend control, and ensuring alignment between on-ground teams and corporate goals.
